Deposits for Pet kittens/cats are $325.00 via paypal, of which, $300 is applied to the cost of your kitty.

Kittens go home around 12 weeks/3 months of age.
We cannot ship via cargo! we CAN however carry in-cabin to your location, or meet you at your location.
With the new federal laws and regulations, specifically APHIS/USDA, we are no longer allowed to sell kittens "sight unseen". This means that either you need to come and pick your kitten up in person either at our home, at a show or at an agreed on meeting point, or you use our courier service where we fly kittens to every major city in the USA for a negotiated fee. We will meet you in person and once you have seen the kitten and you have determined the kitten is in good health, you will be handed the TICA Registration, Pedigree, Microchip Registration, Veterinarian Records, Feeding Guidelines & Raw Recipe, Transitioning Guidelines, RubyClaw Bengals informational booklet, small size Walking Jacket, Baby Blanket, Baby Toy(s) and two copies of the Contract. Will you then be required to review and sign both copies of the contract. We will take one executed copy of the contract and the other is for your records. This will complete and finalize the sale.
Beginning November 18, 2013, we will be joining a VERY large number of breeders across the U.S. who can no longer legally ship pets via cargo. This is due to a change in Department of Agriculture regulations for pet breeders, which the USDA itself has interpreted in contradictory ways. Without a legal challenge, it is impossible for most hobby breeders selling pets to know whether it is legal or illegal to ship a pet that the buyer has not seen the animal in person. Violations of this rule carry severe, ARBITRARILY imposed penalities.
To comply with current interpretations of the legislation, ALL sales must take place "face-to-face".
This ruling will seriously restrict pet choices for families wishing to buy their ideal pet unless the purchaser is willing to :

a) travel to the breeder to pick up the new kitty/cat or
-
b) reimburse travel expenses of the breeder to hand-carry the kitty/cat to your location to complete the sales transaction face to face.
As currently written, this law also affects Service Animals being made available to those in need. This is truly heart-breaking for us to watch.
We do understand the need to stop persons who breed and do not provide proper care for their animals, and then knowingly sell sick kittens and puppies, we recognize the existing State and Federal laws are in place and really should be enforced rather than further restrict freedoms of Americans to purchase the kind of pets they want.
If you would like to help fight this very poorly written regulation policy; Please contact me or your breeder of choice to see what you can do to help and make YOUR voice heard. It is YOUR right to be able to buy a cat or kitten from whoever you choose and to pick it up personally or have your cat or kitten shipped to you or to meet your breeder at a mutually agreed upon place to save you travel and expense.
However, you only have that RIGHT AND FREEDOM if it breeders are not subject to poorly written legislation which will not, in our opinion have any impact of restricting those who chose to ignore current laws and regulations, those who do not properly care for their animals and those who do not seek to ethically breed pedigree animals for the joy provided to the families who adopt these babies.
